1. Quotes & Estimates

All online or phone quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final price is confirmed upon physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if the vehicle condition differs from the description (e.g., missing parts, engine not original).

2. Ownership Verification

Sellers must provide valid photo ID and proof of vehicle ownership. We cannot purchase vehicles with encumbrances (finance owing) unless arranged prior.

3. Vehicle Removal

We ensure safe removal of the vehicle. However, the seller is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible. Standard removal is free; complex recovery may incur charges if not disclosed upfront.
